• Age Verification: By using the service, you confirm you meet the age requirement
• Misrepresentation: Lying about your age is a violation and grounds for immediate ban
• Parental Advisory: Parents should monitor their children's internet usage

🚫 2. Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on Genzigs:

Harassment & Abuse

• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind
• Hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language
• Threats of violence or harm to others
• Stalking or unwanted persistent contact
• Doxxing (sharing someone's personal information without consent)

Illegal Content

• Content involving minors in any inappropriate context
• Drug trafficking or illegal substance promotion
• Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Copyright infringement or intellectual property theft
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

Spam & Exploitation

• Commercial solicitation or advertising without permission
• Phishing links or malware distribution
• Bot accounts or automated messaging
• Attempting to bypass rate limits or security measures

⚠️ 3. Content Guidelines

To maintain a safe environment for everyone:

• Respect Boundaries: If someone asks you to stop, stop immediately
• Keep It Legal: Don't discuss or promote illegal activities
• No Explicit Content: Sexual content and nudity are prohibited
• Be Genuine: Don't impersonate others or misrepresent yourself
• Report Issues: Use the Report button if you encounter violations

👤 4. Enforcement & Consequences

We take violations seriously. Consequences may include:

• Warning: First-time minor violations may receive a warning
• Temporary Restriction: Limited access to features for a period
• Permanent Ban: Serious or repeated violations result in permanent removal
• Legal Action: Illegal activity may be reported to law enforcement

We use a combination of automated detection systems, AI moderation, and user reports to identify violations. Human review is conducted for serious cases.

5. Account & Access

• Account Security: You're responsible for keeping your account secure
• One Account: Multiple accounts to evade bans are prohibited
• Access Rights: We may limit or terminate access at our discretion
• Data Deletion: You can request account deletion at any time

6. Premium Services

• Subscriptions: Premium features are available via paid subscription
• Billing: Payments are processed securely through trusted providers
• Refunds: Refund policies follow the payment provider's terms
• Feature Changes: Premium features may change with reasonable notice

7. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: Genzigs branding, design, and code are our property
• Your Content: You retain rights to content you create
• License: You grant us permission to display your content within the service
• Respect Others: Don't share copyrighted content without permission

⚖️ 8. Disclaimers & Limitations

• User-Generated Content: We don't endorse or verify user conversations
• No Warranty: Service is provided "as is" without guarantees
• Limited Liability: We're not liable for user interactions or content
• Third-Party Links: We're not responsible for external websites

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using Genzigs, you agree to our privacy practices.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the law or our services. Significant changes will be announced through the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Genzigs agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting legal@genzigs.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 60 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.

Where local consumer-protection law grants you additional non-waivable rights (for example within the European Union, United Kingdom, or California), nothing in these terms removes or restricts those rights.

12. DMCA & Copyright Takedown

We respect intellectual property and respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international laws. If you believe content on Genzigs infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@genzigs.com including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on Genzigs.
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review valid notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the material. Repeat infringers will have their access terminated.

13. Advertising

Genzigs is free for everyone thanks to advertising. Non-premium users see ads from Google AdSense and Adsterra. Premium users see no ads. Full details on what these networks collect are in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
